Pumpkins
These pumpkins were on display at Mapua yesterday. The heaviest weighed 136kgs and the lightest weighed 95kgs. Now thats a lot of pumpkin soup!!

Mrs Hillberg's Visit
Mrs Hillberg came and spoke to the senior syndicate last week about her life in Belarus. It was great hearing about life in another country. Mrs Hillberg was very busy answering lots of questions about Belarus. We were very impressed with the library in Minsk.

Happy Saint Patrick's Day
Happy Saint Patricks Day Everyone!!
St Patricks Day is a very special day for me. My family originally came from Ireland in the 1860's. I also taught at St Patrick's school in Invercargill for a number of years and oh of course its also my birthday!!
